Real Estate News: White House Reduces FHA Refi Fees
The Obama administration on Tuesday announced another initiative to allow more homeowners to refinance, this time by dropping fees on federally insured mortgages that have prevented some borrowers from taking advantage of ultralow rates over the past year.

He holds a Blue Ribbon Affiliate status with the South East Valley Regional Association of Realtors (SEVRAR), served as past chairperson for the Builder Liaison Committee (2011) and continues to organize expos and events as well as lead networking meetings.
Outside of work Ben enjoys hiking, running, backpacking and biking. He has completed a full marathon as well as a couple triathlons. He is hoping to compete in a half ironman in Tempe in the near future. Ben is also very involved with his church and serves in a variety of areas during weekends with his wife, Abby. Ben and Abby reside in Gilbert, AZ with their two boxers, Lyric (10) and Lucy (terrible 2).
